About Santa Fe Valley

Santa Fe Valley is an immense and unique community in the rolling hills of Rancho Bernardo, California. Residents are close to shopping, dining, recreation, and services.

Santa Fe Valley covers over 3,000 acres and has several gated communities like Savenna, Salviati, and Bel Etage. There are 1,200 homes here and a variety of prices as well as real estate that ranges from attached condominiums to estates that were built on two acres each.

Poway Unified School District has jurisdiction over this community. Students may attend highly ranked facilities like Del Sur Elementary School, Oak Valley Middle School, and Del Norte High School. There are several private institutions near this neighborhood such as Cambridge School and the Maranatha Christian Schools. There is also a National University campus here.

Santa Fe Valley is located near the 4S Ranch community which offers many restaurants and stores. Residents are also minutes away from Interstate 15 which will takes shoppers to centers like the Westwood Shopping Center, the Rancho Bernardo Town Center, and Westfield North County.

This neighborhood is north of Black Mountain Ranch which has access to several parks and wilderness trails. One of the trails is a part of the San Dieguito River Regional Park and is popular with equestrians, bicyclists, and hikers. Golf enthusiasts have their pick of many venues including the Santaluz Club to the south.

Rancho Bernardo is a master planned community in San Diego’s northern hills. The 685 acre business park involves companies like Sony US, Northrop Grumman, Microsoft, Broadcom, Teradata, LSI Corporation, and BAE Systems. Rancho Bernardo also has Southern California’s oldest winery. The Bernardo Winery was established in 1889 and is still operational.
